Whether Yahoo messenger voice blocked in Oman? We are not able to connect to the voice ie PC to PC calls.?

When I am tryng to call through yahoo messenger PC to PC it is not getting connected.I cant talk. What is the problem in oman?

    Oman has blocked all voice call through internet as it is affecting the revenues of its telecom companies
