Arabic in all countries members of Arab League

Farsi (not Persian) in Iran , which also has 6 other languages including Arabic

Turkish in Turkey , also several languages including Arabic & Kurdish (Turkey has largest Kurd population) for minorities in the south.

Hebrew is official in Israel but Arabic comes 2nd as 40% of Israel’s own population are pre-1948 Arabs.

Pashto in Afghanistan. Also Farsi, Urdu, and Arabic are spoken in that order.

According to UN Arabic is the 3rd most official language in the world .

The Maltese language is basically branched from Arabic as well.
