   consult with a lawyer, let him negotiate for you, have them sign a contract and make it binding in the US, and you salary deposited in a US bank, if there are travel expenses, ask for an advance, spell everything out, working hours, holidays, vacation, business travel, R&Rs, insurance, location, conditions, do not sign anything unless you have it reviewed by someone you trust
