Question by nick: Is there paypal student account for oman?
i want to sign up for a student account but they ask for my nation and i live in oman. i dont know which short form to choose (aa,ae,ak,as,……..)?

Using Paypal can vary greatly from country to country. While paying for items does not seem to be a problem, receiving payments does. This link goes into more detail about Paypal use in Oman.
