bahrain wanted uae and oman to stay but oman wanted to concentrate in oman air and idk whats uae’s problem
BUT ITS CALLED GULF AIR THE WHOE GULF SHOULD BE ON IT, NOT ONLY BAHRAIN
Oman air is one of leading airlines in gulf now. the most oldest and crappiest airline is gulf air.
Its good Oman Gov left gulf air as abu dhabi and Qatar and see the differences now.. everyone left gulf air made better airlines..
salaam brother … yes INSHALLAH i hope also …although with their new a330 they have made a new boarding announcment at LHR … its quite unprofessional … dont know who made it … but yes working with Oman AIr is great INSHALLAH they will become competetive soon with the other big ones like EY EK and QR …. seriously brother where did u hear about B747-800.. thats brilliant.
yeah ima a big fan of oman air and insallah they will be good..but umm dude oman air is ranked 3 stars, etihad and emirates r ranked 4 starts qatar airways is 5 stars one of th best in the world! but with our new aircraft we might catch them
insallah they will be the best but..hmm…dude oman air is ranked 3 stars in world etihad and emirates r 4 stars and qatar airways is ranked 5 stars! one of the best! but with our new aircrafts we MIGHT catch edtihad
actually its for the seven new ordered A330-200 business seats will look like this…the econmic seat i think are different..btw they will be 15 new boeing 747 – 800 ..yipeee cant wait oman air will look sooooo good
But if this is Business Class and it’s to be fitted onto Airbus A330-200 aircraft, does it mean that there will only be 4 seats in each row across? If so, it won’t be a very economical configuration for a J Class cabin. Unless they will pack them six-across in the same way that Kingfisher/Arik Air Nigeria does. Very tight cabin in that case.
Bardyakes, the omanair business class seat is depicted above:- more spacious then regular firstclass seats. the launch of the First class product is on a later date with no stylistic approaches inherited from the aging gulf air product.
hi friend .. this is actually business class … i work for oman air at london based airport … the first class product will be launched in august … there ordering 4 new a330 two with business and economy and two with first, business and economy
This is actually the new First Class seat for Oman Air, not the Business Class. The Business Class seat is not quite as spacious as this one. This current style of First Class seat is the same/similar product currently used by Gulf Air on their A330/A340 fleet.

I liked the quality of interior of Oman Air, its just amazing. And yeah Oman Air growth is very well planned which will lead them to success.
January 23rd, 2011 at 4:44 am
Yes ParkerLiberty – you are very correct. An Eos layout would actually work well with those seats on an A332.
January 23rd, 2011 at 5:38 am
I was thinking maybe an EOS (R.I.P) style arrangement? then it would work really well
