MDU Resources Subsidiary Announces Sale of Working Interest in Niobrara Leasehold
BISMARCK, N.D.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Fidelity Exploration & Production Co. signed an agreement with JD Rockies Resources Limited, a subsidiary of ITOCHU Corp., to sell a 25% working interest in 88,000 net acres in the Niobrara oil shale.
