is immigration of dubai and oman working on thursday,friday and saturday?
Posted by: admin in Oman Questionsam going for a visa change on wednesday to oman n will becoming back on thursday. will the immigrations work on thursday. will i be able to come back on that day. if not then how long will i have to stay there in oman.

Immigration at most world airports is open seven days a week for entry and exit. Local tourist offices may have a five day per week schedule. Why would you need to change a visa from a Wednesday to a thursday? Visas are generally good for a specific amount of time, like thirty to ninety days. It is unusual to require travel on a specific day.

In most Islamic countries these offices will be closed on Fridays.

I don’t know about Oman, but in Dubai, all governmental offices including immigration work from Sunday through Thursday, which means Friday & Saturday off.
That does not include the limited services at Airport desks/offices.
