Travelling on january and my passport expires at 2011, june, so do i need a visa to travel to oman and thailand, and if i do how many days will it take….?

better get your passport renewed . contact the Oman and Thai Consulate general to see if you need a visa for travel

The airlines may not let you board the aircraft or immigrations may not let you enter the country if your passport has less than 6 months remaining. You need to get a new passport fast. As for travel to Thailand, as a Candian citizen you are visa exempt for 30 days if you arrive in Thailand by air or 15 days if you arrive at one of its borders. If you plan to stay longer you need a tourist visa which is good for 60 days. It takes two days if you go in person to an Thai consulate office, by mail it will take longer.
