Hi,
you see me a bit confused. You are saying, that you have an investor visa approved from your new comany (?). To me this sounds that you are employed with the company. Are you?
As an Indian citizen with an UAE residency visa you do not need a visa to enter Oman. If Oman considers you as a non resident becaue of your cancelled visa, I am not sure if the Omani Embassy will obtain you with a visa. You have to try. Normally Indians have to apply at the Omani Embassy in India and have to enter Oman through the airport. Only GCC residents holding a valid residence visa can enter Oman by road.
Sorry, I do not know if an Indian National with a cancelled UAE resident visa is still considered being a UAE resident or not.
What really confuses me is that you have your visa cancelled, because the UAE’s labour ministry has decided foreign workers and professionals can start their own businesses without changing their visa.
An investor visa is issued to an expatriate investor in partnership with a local. You must hold a minimum stake of Dh70,000 in the share capital. Is this the case?
