Thousands of people have lost their jobs, so I guess it will be hard for you to find potential buyers there. Why don't you try different Middle Eastern countries, like Saudi Arabia or even Lebanon? Lebanon's flourishing, and it's a great place to do business nowadays. I'd say research very well before you enter the market. Hope this helps! Dubai is financially way way down.
