I want to start exporting my italian limestone in Dubai and Oman. Does anyone know what would be the best way?

Dubai is financially way way down. Thousands of people have lost their jobs, so I guess it will be hard for you to find potential buyers there. Why don’t you try different Middle Eastern countries, like Saudi Arabia or even Lebanon? Lebanon’s flourishing, and it’s a great place to do business nowadays. I’d say research very well before you enter the market. Hope this helps!
