You can get an Entry Visa for Foreigners Residing in the G.C.C. Countries on arrival; fee R.O. 5.
This is issued to residents of any GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) Countries, valid for 28 days. Passengers must arrive directly from any GCC county. Restrictions apply to non-degree related professions e.g. (labourers, carpenters).

Should you hold a non-degree related profession Residence Visa you can still get a 1 month tourist visa on arrival based on your Slovenian passport; fee R.O. 20.
