You can't use a free proxy because these are very tight government censors with highly advanced technology and all of these will be blocked, or worse... I know the one I use has a lot of customer outside the U.S. just for this reason. You really need to use a solid proxy software that will not only hide your IP but encrypt your network connection so that you can't be spied on. You get the government to change their Internet censorship policies…otherwise you use an anonymous proxy server.

Generally common proxy get blocked. I have seen that many site blocks the common proxy, but relatively uncommon proxies remains unblocked. You may use http://hide.alaponbd.com.
