How can I make free Pc to Pc calls from Oman?

Omantel blocks most pc to pc software like skype, Yahoo call, google talk, aol talk. Pls does anyone have an idea of how I can overcome this? Or any other alternatives? Thanks for any help

    I think use a free vpn service but it has issues too,still no harm trying.Search for free vpn like maybe hotshield,there are plenty more.
