Very easy. You need to find yourself a sponsor in either countries, then the sponsor will take care of the visa. The problem is that you need to find the sponsor while you are in your country as you will not be granted a work visa without a sponsor.

For Bahrain; you first need find a sponsor; as in a job ( a recruiter ) then he will take care of all your paper work . It depends which job you are looking for, if u have a degree then u can just look up local businesses and apply, if not then you can work in any of the Fields that don’t require a degree; in that case you need to get in contact with a sponsor in any field who will take care of you .
