I’m absolutely a novice as far as driving is concerned. Which are the best driving schools in Sohar, Oman? How much will it cost? And how long will it take?

I don’t know much about driving schools in sohar .. I live in Muscat.. but
I think alfursan .. you can also call individuals who own cars for training ..
about the cost
it may be by hours .. each hour is a bout 5-7 rials
or by a contract .. depend on the trainer ..
the first thing to do is to go to the police station that responseble of driving and driving licence .. go there they will give you a form to fill ..
they will ask some papers from you a copy of some documents l don’t remember what was it.. but don’t worry they will tell you every thing needed
after finding a triner
you will spend some time learning how to drive backward
and go throw a raw of drams.. without hitting them..
after that you will learn how to stop and then go in a slope road ..
the time depend on how good you are..
then you will have to go to the police station and take the first exam of the signs of the roads and the meaning of then ..
then the drams thing after that the slope road..
failing on one of them you will not continue to the others and repeat that exam after a month .. mostly people fail in their first becouse they get nervice =)
lets say you pass .. you will start learning driving on the street ..
after a month you can do the exam.. a policeman will set next to you and tell you where to go.. and see your driving ability..
passing mean you will get a licene ..
note: about the time or appointment to do the exams the person who train you must reserve it for you .. and the last exam they will also tell you the place of the exam .. in which city or town.. I mean within Sohar .. not out ..
