If they have access to a computer try “Skype”. Costs nothing and you can talk all night.

if u want to call from PC to PC use skype yahoo oovoo hotmail,
but if u want to use Phone to Phone or PC to phone, use Magic jack it really awesome friend of me Have it and he calling the world wild for free
