There are ways, but you will get caught, and if I were you I’d check the penalty first. It may not be worth the risk. (Your part of the world seems to have VERY severe penalties for that sort of violation.)

Very simple and very secure to solve. Personal VPN will give you a US IP address so all blocks wil go away. More important, it encrypts everything so nobody in Oman knows your business. I have used it in UAE for almost two years, fantastic!
