How much would it cost for two people to travel by taxi (or other cheapest and safe method) from Dubai to Muscat?

the cheapest way is going by bus …. u get an onarrival visa from Oman border… ( depends on ur working status ) better to get a visa from Oman consulate….
visa fee for one person = AED 33
Bus fare for 1 way for one person = 60
and return ticket would be AED 100
the buses leave from deira behind Airline centre DANATA morning bus leaves at 7 and nite evening bus leaves at 5
