Question by gh. s: Advice required for immigration law in Oman?
I am working in a semi govt. company in Sultanate of Oman. I am on probationary period for three months. According to my agreement with company this is rule by labor law that “ any party can terminate the agreement during probation period on one day notice”.
Now I want to know that if resign my current employer to join an other employer in Oman, what are the legal requirements according to the labor law of Sultanate of Oman?
Is there any requirement for NOC (no objection certificate) even I resign and go back to my home country PAKISTAN so that my new employer may get issued visa for me to work in Oman.
OR
I want to know according labor law of Oman that “what rights I reserve”?
Can any one who is well aware of Omani labor policy about changing on employer to anther (in same country)?
Please guide me URGENTLY.

Thanks.
Rana
